To Whom It Concerns:
In regard to the availability of warm water stream and non -tidal wetland credits in the TarPam HUC
03020101, Mogensen Mitigation, Inc. (MMI) is the owner of the Tar River Headwaters Stream
Mitigation Bank (Stream Bank) and, as of August 19, 2022 has 216.25 warm water stream credits
available from its Stream Bank located in and serving Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) TarPam
03020101. These can be used to help provide the required stream mitigation for permitted activities
in TarPam 03020101. If you would like to secure these stream mitigation credits prior to permit
issuance we will require a 20% down payment. You can also purchase all available credits now for
the full price. Please contact Mr. Daniel Kuefler, MMI' s credit sales agent for current pricing.
We do not have any non -tidal wetland mitigation credits available.
Please note we expect another stream credit release in the spring of 2023 and may be able to
provide more credits if the timing for permit issuance takes more than 6 months.
We do have riparian buffer credits currently available.
