Good morning,
Thanks for contacting us. The renewal COC showed this is because all of the outfalls we have in our permitting database
for this permit record Steele Creek as the receiving waterbody (see attached). That is the system where we pulled the
data to generate these renewal COCs. If this was corrected on a previous COC, it was not changed in our system. I'm
copying our General Permits Coordinator so she can research it further and confirm the receiving waters.

Good Afternoon Ms. Georgoulias,
The laserfiche attached "Renewal" COC I just received, is incorrect in stating USCG BASE Elizabeth City discharges to
Steel Creek, Class C waters in the Catawba River.
The attachment dated 20220427 is a "Corrected" copy of our last COC, which correctly states we discharge to the
Pasquotank River, class SB waters in the Pasquotank River.
Please let me know what we can do to have this latest COC corrected and updated copy sent to this email address for
our records.
