Good morning all,
I am in review of your renewal application for the state stormwater subject permit I just want to verify the name of the
project name as well as the corporation name I understand that the church reformed after the 2007 permit was issued
and the new corporations name (First Baptist Church of Leland, Inc ) will be addressed as the permit holder per the
permit information update application I received Also under section A of new permit information, the project name is
also listed as "First Baptist Church of Leland, Inc " Do we wish the corporation's name (First Baptist Church of Leland,
Inc ) to be the same as the project name? Or do we wish the project name to be "First Baptist Church of Leland "
Either is fine, I just want to double check with you before I issue the permit

inspected the construction of the first phase of the subject project Enclosed is a copy of a
map that we have marked showing the current construction The areas highlighted in
yellow represent the current built -upon areas while we have highlighted the existing storm
drainage pipes in blue
Enclosed is the Designer's Certification form that we have completed to reflect the
certification of the first phase of construction Please note that the Stormwater pond and
associated outlet structure components were constructed in accordance with the approved
design plans and will accommodate the ultimate built -upon areas shown on our plans We
will certify the remaining phases of construction as soon as all work has been completed
and found to be satisfactory
It should be noted that the Compliance Issues and Required Actions mentioned within
your July 24, 2000 letter to Mr Leroy Taylor have been satisfactorily addressed
