2000 to determine compliance with Stormwater Pemut Number SW8 981232MOD Issued on December 22, 1999

in writing before August 24, 2000 of the specific actions that will be undertaken and the time frame required to

a) The parking areas have been expanded and new entrance roads have been constructed prior to the
construction of the wet detention pond
b) All stormwater runoff must be collected and directed into the approved wet detention pond It does
not appear that a collection system has been installed in its entirety
C) Upon completion of the project, a P E Certification must be subnntted to this office certifying that
the project has been built according to the approved plans
Required Actions
Construct the wet detention pond so that it is fully vegetated and operational pnor to the construction
of additional impervious surfaces
Once the pond is complete, insure that all of the stormwater runoff is being collected and directed
to the pond prior to leaving the site
Upon completion of the project, submit the required P E Certification to this office
