The First Baptist Church of Leland currently has a low density development stormwater
approval for their initial phase of expansion The original approved stormwater
management plan was approved under the above referenced DWQ project number Since
the construction of future phases of the project will exceed the impervious surface
allowance under the low density approach, the enclosed plans have been prepared to
address a modified high density stormwater management plan which covers the project at
complete build -out The enclosed high density plan entails conversion of the previously
approved stormwater management systems from surface flow to a stormwater collection
and piping system, with treatment provided by a stormwater detention pond
Please find enclosed the following documents which constitute a high density
stormwater submittal for the ultimate "built -out' of this project
1 Two sets of Plan Sheets 1 thru 7,
2 Two copies of the hydrologic and hydraulic calculations,
3 One original and one copy of the executed "Stormwater Form",
4 One on coal and one copy of the Wet Detention Basin Supplement with executed
Operation and Maintenance Agreement, and,
5 A check in the amount of $420 00 to cover the required application fee
The board of trustees of the church are encouraged by the growth within their church
body, and have requested that we relay to you that they would appreciate any assistance
you could provide as related to your review and ultimate approval of this project
