It appears that the approved plan was not followed during the construction of this project and the property boundaries have changed since the original submittal. Please submit a modification to address the deviations from the approved plan. It appears that the approved stormwater collection system was. never installed. This matter should be resolved immediately to prevent further untreated stormwater from polluting surrounding surface waters of the state. This office never received a Designers Certificate please submit this document once all violations have been resolved. 4. Please be reminded that your state stormwater permit expired on April 6, 2008 and the operation of a stormwater treatment facility without a valid permit, is a violation of NC General Statue 143-215.1 and may result in appropriate enforcement action including the assessment of civil penalties of up to 10,000 per day. This inspection was performed to determine compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Control Act of 1973. The inspection revealed a land -disturbing activity of approximately 1.3 acres being conducted. It is our understanding that you and your firm are responsible for this land -disturbing activity.
