On November 1, 2005, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for Stormwater
Management Permit Number SW8 920913 The revisions include the taking of 800 square
feet of landscaped area for a new building addition, and the removal of 800 square feet of
parking lot for the creation of a new landscaped island, so that the net change in built -upon
area draining to the pond is zero It has been determined that a formal permit modification is
not required for the proposed changes We are forwarding you an approved copy of the
revised plans for your files Please replace the old approved plan sheet with the new one
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on November 14, 1996,
remain in full force and effect Please also understand that the approval of this revision to
the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case
basis Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior to
construction The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from
complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may
have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to
construction

The Wilmington Regional Office received a copy of the revised plans for the previously
permitted Bob King Pontiac GMC Truck Garage on September 6, 2005 A preliminary review
of that information has determined that the proposed plan revision is not complete The
following information is needed to continue the stormwater review
Please have your consultant either make a copy of the previously approved plans
and revise those, or provide a new standard plan sheet The consultant has
submitted a copy of what appears to be an aerial photograph, which does not
contain enough detail to be used as an approved stormwater plan The new plan
will replace the previously approved plans, and must therefore contain all of the
previously approved information that is not being changed in a readable format,
This information would include spot elevations, dimensions, contours, delineation
of the built -upon area, the pond and it's relevant details, etc
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to October 16, 2005, or the
application will be returned as incomplete The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of
all required items, including the application fee
If you need additional time to submit the information, please mail or fax your request for a time
extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter The
request must indicate the date by which you expect to submit the required information The
Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of a completed application to issue the permit
The construction of any impervious surfaces, other than a construction entrance under an
approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation of NCGS 143-215 1 and is subject
to enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215 6A

I received a copy of the revised grading plan you submitted to Beth in early May
for this site I remember you and I meeting and talking about the plan revision
that was needed for this site I cannot find where this plan revision has been
submitted to the Division under either of the two Bob King permits currently listed
on BIMS. SW8 920913 and SW8 960701
If you have sent this in already and received approval, could you give me the
permit number off of the approval letter I copied to you, If you haven't submitted
this plan revision to the Division yet, please do so as soon as possible
