information has determined that the application is not complete and that additional information is needed To continue the review, please provide the following additional information in a single, hard copy submittal package 15A NCAC 02H 1040(1)(a) and 1042(2)(b)(u) The application was signed by Ronald Igarashi, however, the provided documentation from the NC Secretary of State does not identify Mr
