Lee,
Can you please confirm with your calculations that the provided volume is met using the simple method for a 10-year,
24-hour storm. This is a very easy calculation so it shouldn't take too long. I know it works but need your calculation
submitted for the file.

Steve,
Attached to the submittal package was a calculation page titled "Simple Method —1.5" Storage Volume Calculations."
This shows how we determined the minimum volume required per Section 3.4 of the BMP manual. I have also attached
a pdf of this calculation page for your convenience.
You are correct. I inadvertently used the incremental volume number Instead of the accumulated volume for the
provided storage volume on the supplement sheet. Attached is the revised Page 1 of the supplement form with the
correct storage volume (724,259 cf). Can you please replace this in your files?
Let me know if you have any questions
Thanks.

Lee,
I have been working on it. However, I have had some delay due to the holidays and adverse weather.
I only have a couple more questions. Please explain the calculation of minimum design volume required, which is equal
to 79,442 cf according to the Supplement. Also, I think the provided storage volume should be 724,259 cf per your
calculations. Please confirm this value by correcting the Supplement sheet, which currently shows 116,913 cf
Let me know if you have any questions

Dear Steve:
In response to your comments dated November 29, 2010, we offer the following:
J 1. The cross-section details for the infiltration basin and swale have been revised to note
the "3:1 Grassed Slope." The grassing schedule chart is located on Sheet C2. Also, a
note has been added to the infiltration basin detail noting that 4" of clean sand shall be
placed at the bottom of the infiltration basin.
2. The sub -basin drainage area linetype has been added to the legend and the linetype has
also been thickened to show up better on Sheet Cl. Also, the grassed swales have been
labeled more clearly on the plan.
J3. The future impervious area is currently assumed to sheet flow directly into the
infiltration basin. Therefore this area was taken into account when designing the basin.
/ 4.
Below is a breakdown of the impervious area:
-Building Area: 8,000 SF
-Asphalt Parking: 29,173 SF
-Sidewalks: 440 SF
-Gravel Road/Parking: 511,578 SF
-Future Impervious: 92,083 SF
TOTAL IMPERVIOUS: 641,274 SF
This information is also included in the site data table located on Sheet C 1.
Enclosed please find two sets of revised plans. Please review for approval and contact us
with any questions, comments or if you need additional information. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Tripp Engineering, P.C.

Dear Kelly:
OCT 1410I p
In response to your email comments on the above referenced project, we offer the
following.
✓1. LLC: The owner has been notified of your comment and is currently pursuing
alternate documentation to demonstrate that Mr. Alper is a manager. The
documentation will be submitted to your attention once received. It is believed
that all of your other comments are addressed at this time so we respectfully
request that the package be reviewed with the intent that the additional managing
member documentation be submitted once received from the owner.
✓L. Volume: In the original submittal package, please reference the calculation
sheets titled "CN and C Values / Design Rainfall Depth Calculations" and
"Simple Method -1.5" Storage Volume Calculations." At the bottom of the "CN
and C Values" sheet the design runoff depth was calculated for the 1-yr 24-hour
storm event at 1.52" (per Section 3.3.1 Simple Method of the BMP Manual).
Therefore 1.52" was used as the design rainfall depth and is shown in the
"Simple Method — 1.5" Storage Volume Calculations" sheet that was in the
original submittal package. The volume required was calculated as 79,442 ft3.
✓3. Wetlands: A note has been added to the Site Data table stating that there are no
wetlands on -site.
J0Drainage Area: The overall drainage area for the infiltration basin has been
added to the revised Sheet Cl.
J9 Impervious Dimensions: Dimensions have been added to the buildings, typical
- gravel road width, and typical gravel parking widths. The asphalt parking lot
was previously dimensioned.
J6. Grading: Proposed spot shots have been added to the gravel road to indicate that
all impervious surfaces are to drain into the infiltration basin. Since the majority
of the existing contours slope towards the middle of the site, the intent is to
utilize the existing slopes as best possible to minimize the earthwork required
during construction.
A note has been added on Sheet C1 that the "Future Impervious Area" shall be
graded to drain into the proposed infiltration basin.
1 7. Storage Elevation: The pond dimension detail on Sheet C2 has been revised to
show the bottom elevation 9 and the storage elevation 16. Both have been
dimensioned.
J8. Soils Report: .
a) Per paragraph 4 of the Stormwater and Erosion Control Narrative (submitted
in original package), the following information regarding the SHGWT is
provided: ground surface elevation at the bore location is approximately 7.9,
SHGWT elevation established at elevation 7.0, infiltration bottom elevation
set 2' above SHGWT.
b) Two separate soils reports were included in the submittal package. The
report dated 8/26/10 includes the SHGWT data and the report dated 9/24/10
includes the infiltration rate data. The report dated 9/24/10 shows the
infiltration rate at the site of 16 in/hr. This rate was used in the pond routing
calculations.
W1 V i Q . y c) Vincent Lewis and I met on -site on September 20, 2010 at 10:30am. Vincent
tip
determined that the site was suitable for infiltration.
rePr'
9. Offline Bypass: Per paragraph 4 of the Stormwater and Erosion Control
Narrative (submitted in original package), calculations have been provided that
the 10-year storm event can be infiltrated without discharging the system using
an infiltration rate of one-half of the infiltration rate reported in the soils report.
Therefore waiving the State required off-line bypass and vegetated filter strip
(per Section 16.3.9(4) of the NCDENR BMP Manual). See the 10-year
stormwater basin calculations for the % infiltration rate routing.
J10. Offsite Drainage Area: Per paragraph 3 of the Stormwater and Erosion Control
Narrative (submitted in original package), the off -site drainage to the south of the
property currently drains to an existing vegetated depression near the southeast
property corner via road -side swales along Fleming Street. To minimize the
natural drainage patterns of the adjacent property, the existing off -site drainage
to the south of property will not be routed to infiltration basin. The existing
vegetated Swale along Fleming Street has been added to the plans for
clarification. The adjacent property to the north of the site does not discharge
any drainage area to our project.
To clarify the off -site drainage pattern, attached is a 8 %z"xl1" map that shows
the off -site drainage area and topo (from New Hanover County GIS).
Enclosed please find two sets of revised plans. Please review for approval and contact
us with any questions, comments or if you need additional information. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Tripp Engineering, P.C.

Cape Fear Pick & Pull
Lee,
We received this application and I have a few questions for you:
1.) LLC: The Articles of Incorporation show that Mark Alper is an agent of the manager -managed LLC, but they do
not show that he is a member/manager as is shown on the application. Please submit some other
documentation showing that Mr Alper is a manager.
2) Volume: Calculations were provided but they did not use the Simple Method at 1.5". Please submit Simple
Method calcs showing the minimum volume required.
3) Wetlands: Please either delineate wetlands or include a note on the plans that there are no wetlands onsite
4) Drainage Area: Several drainage areas are labeled on the plans but the overall outline is not clear. Please clearly
label the drainage area to the infiltration basin on the plans and ensure that it contains all impervious area
onsrte
5) Impervious Dimensions: Please show all dimensions on the plans (buildings etc)
6.) Grading: Please provide enough grading information to show that the entire drainage area, including the future
impervious area and roads near the property boundaries, will drain to the basin.
7.) Storage Elevation: Because the detail shows that the storage elevation varies, please show the lines/arcs of the
contours of the storage elevation on the plans
8.) Soils Report:
a. Please provide the existing ground elevation where the boring was done, the depth to SHWT at that
location, and the resulting SHWT elevation.
b. Please also provide the expected infiltration rate. I do not see it in the soils report
c. Has Vince Lewis from our office done a site visit for this project? I do not see a write up from him in the
filing cabinet, but if he has been there I will ask him for it. A site visit is required before the submittal of
any infiltration project.
9.) Offline Bypass: Please provide an offline bypass to a level spreader/filter strip unless the design is intended to
comply with one of the alternate designs on page 16-9 of the manual. If that is the case, please provide
calculations for that design option.
10.)Offsite Drainage Area: There are two ways to address offsite drainage:
a. Treat it in the basin. Please ensure that the offsite drainage area is shown on the plan'and show all of
the impervious area in this drainage area just as you would for any standard onsrte drainage area. The
difficult thing about offsite drainage is that this permit will not control the impervious on the offsite
land. The owner of the offsite drainage area can build as much impervious as they want and so that
area has to be accounted for in the BMP when offsite area drains to the BMP. This means that the
offsite area has to be accounted for at full build -out (100% impervious) unless there is some impervious
limitation for that tract of land. Often zoning or other local ordinances restrict the impervious amount
If that is the case, for instance, if zoning restricts impervious to 50% then you only have to account for
the offsite at 50% impervious and submit a copy of the zoning ordinance restriction for the area. The
package currently does not account for any impervious area offsite
b. Route it around the project: If you don't want to treat the offsite impervious in the basin, then you have
to route it around the project. You have to show the route -around on the plans and demonstrate that it
will not drain to the BMP.
11.)Design Checklist Online: Please reference the design checklist online,
htto://portal.ncdenr.org/web/wg/ws/su/statesw/forms docs, fora more complete list of the items we will look
for during the review.
As you know, I go through each project submitted to ensure that we have the necessary information to get started on
the review. If necessary items are missing, such as those listed above, I ask that they be submitted by COB the next day
or we return the application.
Thanks,
Kelly

Stormwater & Erosion Control Narrative
Cape Fear Pick & Pull OCT 13 2010
Wilmington, NC 28401 Ler.
New Hanover County
The Cape Fear Pick & Pull is a commercial/light industrial site in New Hanover County, Parcel
ID# R04000-002-003-002, owned by Great Neck Holdings, LLC, and contains approximately
22.5 acres. The site was previously a sand mining pit but is now being developed into a stockpile
facility for recycled automobiles that will be sold for used parts. Due to the mining operation,
there currently is a large depression area in the center of the site that will be used for the
proposed infiltration basin in which all on -site stormwater will be directed. No wetlands exist on
the site.
Cape Fear Pick & Pull is proposing to construct one commercial sales building, parking area, one
open shed building, roads, stockpile parking for recycled automobiles, utilities, and an
infiltration basin. The main purpose of the open shed building will be to drain remaining fluids
(gas, oil, brake, etc.) from the recycled cars prior to stockpiling the vehicles on -site. After the
fluids have been extracted, the parts will be capped and/or sealed to prevent leaks on -site and the
extracted fluids will be hauled off -site.
The total drainage area for the site is approximately 23.0 acres which includes both on -site and
off -site drainage. The total amount of proposed and future impervious area for this project is
approximately 14.7 acres (12.6 proposed / 2.1 future). Approximately 0.5 acres of existing off -
site area will be treated in the proposed infiltration basin. The basin is sized accordingly to
accept the 0.5 acres of off -site drainage. Based upon visual on -site inspection and New Hanover
County GIS topography, approximately 9 0 acres of off -site area drains to the site along the
south property boundary adjacent to Flemming Road. This off -site area currently drains to an
existing vegetative depression near the southeast property corner. Therefore to minimize the
10/6/10 TE 10023
natural drainage patterns of adjacent property, the 9.0 acres of existing off -site drainage (South
of Flemming Road) will not be treated in the proposed infiltration basin. The site is located in the
Cape Fear River Basin and is located approximately 0.47 miles from the Northeast Cape Fear
River (Class SC; Sw, Index #: 18-74-(61)).
The high density project will be treated by erosion control measures such as drop inlets with inlet
protection, grassed conveyance swales, temporary silt fence, temporary graveled construction
entrance, and an infiltration basin. The infiltration basin will be designed to meet the State's 1.5"
requirement and alternately sized for the 1-yr, 10-yr, 25-yr, and 100-yr storm events.
Calculations have also been provided to demonstrate that the 10-yr 24-hour storm event can be
infiltrated without discharging the system using an infiltration rate of one-half of the infiltration
rate reported in the soils report, therefore waiving the State required off-line bypass and
vegetated filter strip. To evenly distribute discharge to the infiltration basin, six separate drop
inlet outfalls are proposed around the perimeter of the basin. The maximum volume allowed per
inlet is 2.0 acre -inches (NCDENR BMP Manual section 16.3.3,2). Per the attached soils report,
the SHGWT was approximately I V below the ground surface in the bottom of the existing
depression area The elevation of the ground surface at the bore location is approximately
elevation 7.9, therefore the SHGWT elevation is approximately elevation 7.0. The bottom of the
infiltration basin has been set 2' above the SHGWT at elevation 9.0.
Ultimately, the infiltration basin is sized adequately for the proposed and future impervious area
and will drawdown in less than 3 days for the 100-yr storm event with no emergency outfall. In
the case of default within the infiltration basin, a temporary pumping system will be
implemented. Below is a summary of results:

Case 09-08106-8-JRL Doc 109 Filed 04/271'
SO ORDERED.
SIGNED this 27 day of April, 2010.
IN THE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT
FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF NORTH CAROLINA
WILSON DIVISION
In the Matter of Case No.:
CHARLES T. OHNMACHT, SR. 09-08106-8-JRL
CAROLYN G. OHNMACHT
Debtors Chapter I I
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the Amended Motion For Approval Of
Private Sale Of Property Free And Clear Of Liens And Other Interests With Liens And Interests
To Attach To Proceeds (the "Motion') filed by the Debtors, Charles T. Ohnmacht, Sr. and
Carolyn G. Ohnmacht (the "Debtors"), in this case.
Based on the record, the representations and arguments of counsel, and the testimony of
the witnesses offered at any hearing of this matter, the Court makes the following findings of fact
and conclusions of law:
1. The Motion, and the notice hereof, amend the following documents previously
filed with the Court primarily for the purposes of clarifying the property description of the
subject property: (i) Notice of Proposed Private Sale and Motion for Approval of Private Sale,
filed March 10, 2010 (DE 82); and (ii) Motion to Sell Property Free and Clear of Liens and

Other Interests with Liens to Attach to Proceeds Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(f), filed
March 10, 2010 (DE 83).
2. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and
1334. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b) (2).
3. The Debtors Sled their petition pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States
Bankruptcy Code on September 18, 2009, and continue to operate as debtors -in -possession.
4. The Debtors are individuals who own real property in Horry County, South
Carolina, and New Hanover County, North Carolina.
S. The Motion is made pursuant to the provisions of Sections 363(b) and (f), 105,
and 1101, el seq. of the Bankruptcy Code and subject to Rule 6004 of the Bankruptcy Rules
which provide for a sale of property of the estate and subsequent determination of the validity,
priority, and extent of such liens and other interests against the Property after due notice and a
hearing as provided by law.
6. The Debtors own jointly with Jason Thompson and Shannon Thompson (the
"Thompson") the real property identified on the attached Exhibit 1 together with all
improvements located thereon (the "Property").
7. The Debtors and the Thompsons have entered into a contract for the sale of all of
their right, title, and interest in the Property to Southern Metals Recycling, Inc. and/or its assigns
("Purchaser") for the sum of $1,150,000.00. A copy of the contract and an amendment to the
contract is attached to the Motion as Exhibit 2 (together the "Contract"). The Debtors' interest in
the Property is believed to be a one-half undivided interest in the Property but the interest
authorized to be transferred hereunder shall include such greater interest in the Property as the
Debtors may in fact have.
Case 09-08106-8-JRL Doc 109 Filed 04/27/10 Entered 04/27/10 15:13:48 Page 3 of 9
S. The Motion requests the authority and approval of the Court for the Debtors to
sell the Property, including their interest in the Property, pursuant to the terms set forth in the
Contract and further, if the Purchaser elects to have a survey of the Property performed, the
Motion requests that the Debtors be authorized to execute and acknowledge a quit claim deed to
Purchaser utilizing the legal description of the Property as determined by the survey.
9. The Court finds that the sale proposed by the Debtors satisfies the following
attributes:
A. Sound business reason;
B. Fair and reasonable price;
C. Accurate and reasonable notice; and
D. Existence of good faith.
10. The Court finds that the foregoing requirements are satisfied by way of the
Motion and the Notice thereof for the following reasons:
A. First, the property is not crucial for the Debtors' operations and it would
be more productive, and there exists a sound business reason, to sell the Property
as a sale will allow the Debtors to receive a maximum return for their creditors;
B. Second, the Motion and the Notice thereof provides suitable information
necessary to determine whether or not to oppose this Motion;
C. Third, the sale, which the Court finds has been adequately noticed,
provides a fair means of liquidating the Property;
D. Fourth, the Court finds that the proposed sale was negotiated in good faith,
represents a fair price for the Property, and will be in the best interest of the
estate; and
E. Finally, the Debtors have no interest in or relationship with the Purchaser,
and will retain no interest in the Property following the sale.
11. The Debtors also request an order providing that the sale of their interest in the
Property be made free and clear of any and all liens, encumbrances, claims, rights and other
interests, including but not limited to the following:
Case 09-08106-8-JRL Doc 109 Filed 04/27/10 Entered 04/27/10 15.13.48 Page 4 of 9
A. Any and all real property taxes due and owing to any city, county or
municipal corporation, and including particularly the New Hanover County Tax
Collector.
B. The liens and/or interest of the following creditors who, upon information
and belief, assert a lien or other interest on the Property, and proceeds therefrom:
1. Deed of Trust dated July 14, 2006, by Charles Ohnmacht and
Carolyn Ohnmacht, and Jason Thompson and Shannon Thompson, to
Southland Associates, Inc., Trustee, for SunTrust Bank, recorded on July
14, 2006, in Book 5051, Page 2004, New Hanover County, North
Carolina, Registry.
2. Judgment file number 09 CVS 12543 recorded in the office of the
Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, Clerk of Superior Court, and
transcribed to New Hanover County, North Carolina, Clerk of Superior
Court, file number 09 T 204, in favor of Commercial Credit Group
(adversary proceeding pending).
3. Lis Pendens filed by SunTrust Bank and Southland Associates,
Inc. with the New Hanover County, North Carolina, Clerk of
Superior Court, file number 09M1839 regarding 09 CVS 4253.
4. Any and all ad valorem taxes owed on the property
C. Any and all remaining interests, liens, encumbrances, rights and claims
asserted against the Property, which relate to or arise as a result of a sale of the
Property, or which may be asserted against the Purchaser of the Property,
including, but not limited to, those liens, encumbrances, interests, rights and
claims, whether fixed and liquidated or contingent and unliquidated, that have or
may be asserted against the Property or the Purchaser of the Property by the North
Carolina Department of Revenue, the Internal Revenue Service, the Employment
Security Commission, and any and all other taxing and government authorities.
12. The Debtors are authorized to sell their interest in the Property free and clear of
liens, interests, and claims pursuant to I I U.S.C. § 363(f), as the interests set forth above are
liens and it is anticipated that the price at which the Property is to be sold will be greater than the
aggregate value of all liens on the Property. Also, because the Property will be sold for what the
Debtors, in the exercise of their reasonable business judgment, believe will approximate fair
market value and liens on the Property will transfer to the sales proceeds, the lien holders can be
Case 09-06106-8-JRL Doc 109 -Filed 04/27/10 Entered 04/27/10 15:13:48 Page 5 of 9
compelled to accept money in the satisfaction of their secured claims pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §
363(f)(5). Furthermore, all holders of any liens, claims, or encumbrances who have received the
requisite notice of this sale and request and who have not objected within the prescribed time
period have been deemed to have consented to the proposed sale free and clear of such holder's
liens, claims, or other interests.
13. The Court finds and concludes that the Motion has been properly filed, served,
and noticed to all creditors and parties in interest who have been afforded adequate opportunity
to object to or to be heard on the Motion.
NOW THEREFORE, based on the above findings of fact and conclusions of law, it is
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. That the sale of the Property to the Purchasers, including the interest of the
Debtors therein, pursuant to the terms set forth in the Contract, is APPROVED. Further, if the
Purchaser elects to have a survey of the Property performed, the Debtors are authorized to
execute and acknowledge a quit claim deed to Purchaser utilizing the legal description of the
Property as determined by the survey.
2. The sale of the Debtors' interest in the Property shall be free and clear of all liens,
interests, and other claims, including those set forth herein, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 363(b)(1)
and (f), with all liens, interests, and claims against the Property to be transferred and to attach to
the sales proceeds with the same nature, validity, priority and extent as each had before such sale
and in accordance with the Bankruptcy Code.
3. The proceeds of the sale of any unencumbercd or under -encumbered property
shall be subject to payment of all reasonable administrative costs of this proceeding as provided I
for by Sections 330, 503, 507, and other applicable sections of the Bankruptcy Code, as the
Case 09-08106-8-JRL Doc 109 Filed 04/27/10 Entered 04/27/10 15:13:48 Page 6 of 9
Court may allow. The proceeds of sale of any over -encumbered property shall be subject to the
payment of the reasonable, necessary costs and expenses of preserving, or disposing of, such
property, to the extent of any benefit to the holder of an allowed secured claim as provided for by
Section 506(c), such costs and expenses, including commissions paid to the real estate broker,
the fees and expenses of the Debtors' bankruptcy counsel, and the quarterly fee incurred as a
result of any sale, to be approved by this Court.
4. The Court reserves for subsequent determination the validity, priority, and extent
of all liens, encumbrances, claims, rights and other interests in the Debtors' interest in the
Property.
6. The Purchasers of the Property do not assume, shall have no liability for, and shall
not in any manner be responsible for any liabilities or obligations of the Debtors, whether in rem
claims or in personam claims.
7. All creditors and claimants of the Debtors, and all persons having an interest of
any nature derived through the Debtors, are permanently enjoined from pursuing any action
against the Purchasers of the Property or the Property once acquired by the Purchasers.
8. This order authorizing is not stayed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 6004(g) but is
immediately effective.

RFTS Job No. 560-10
Dear Mr. Galloway:
RFTS is pleased to provide continued testing services during the design phase of the stormwater
infiltration structure at the Highway 421 Pick and Pull located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Specific site grading plans had not been provided to us at the time this report was prepared.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES AND FINDINGS
As requested, our staff returned to the site on September 21, 2010, to perform infiltration testing
at one location near the existing pond on the site. The purpose of this testing was to provide soil
parameters for stormwater infiltration design. An estimate of the seasonal highwater level was
provided in our previous report dated August 26, 2010.
Infiltration Testine
Infiltration testing was performed using a model 2800 Guelph Permeameter which is a
constant -head device which operates on the Marione siphon principle and is referenced in ASTM
D-5126. The permeameter is used to determine field saturated hydraulic conductivity in
centimeters per second for soil at a specified depth. This testing involves advancing a borehole to
the desired infiltration depth and introducing water at a constant head to determine the steady
state flow rate from which the hydraulic conductivity can be calculated. It was requested that this
testing be performed within the upper 12 inches below the existing surface. The results of our
permeameter testing are presented in Table 1.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the results of our field testing and soil classifications at the test location, it is our
opinion that in order to achieve the steady state flow rate obtained during our testing we
recommend an ultimate application rate of 16.0 inch per hour for water introduced at a depth of

Dear Mr. Galloway:
RFTS is pleased to provide testing services during the design phase of stormwater system for
Pick and Pull facility located off NC Highway 421 South located in Wilmington, North Carolina.
Specific site grading plans had not been provided to us at the time this report was prepared.
DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES AND FINDINGS
As requested, our staff visited the site on August 25, 2010, to estimate the seasonal high
watertable and classify the soils at one location identified by you. The purpose of this testing was
to provide soil parameters for stormwater design.
Seasonal High Watertable Estimate
A hand auger boring was advanced at one location to a depth of approximately 3 '/2 feet below
the existing ground surface directly east of the existing pond on the site. The ground surface
elevation at this location is not known, but visually appeared to be approximately 2 feet higher
than the water level in the pond. The encountered soils were logged and visually classified by
'depth and a Munsell Soil Color Chart was used to determine the hue, value, and chroma of the
visually distinct soil layers. Our soil logs are presented in Table 1.
Soils encountered in our boring consisted of clean sands (USCS Soil Group SP) in the upper 20
inches below the existing ground surface. Below the depth of 20 inches and continuing through a
depth of 24 inches sand with silt (USCS Soil Group SM) was encountered. From 24 inches to the
boring termination depth of 38 inches clean sands were again encountered. Comparison of the
soils to the Munsell Chart suggests the presence of a limited zone of aerated soils indicative of
the seasonal water level approximately 11 inches below the ground surface within the
unsaturated zone Measurements made 30 minutes after augering indicate a depth to standing
water in the boreholes of 22 inches below the existing ground surface.
