New Landscape Company: Integrity Landscaping Unanimous "yes" to change over from Creation Landscape. $200/month ($45/month more than Creation, but we will be getting better service and more for our money) 2. Increase HOA fee $10/month. New fee to be $40/month ($120/quarter) Unanimous "yes" on this vote.
