a Nonprofit North Carolina corporation
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, by instrument recorded in Book 5345, Page 2412 in the Office of the Register of
Deeds of New Hanover County, Declarant subjected all lots to Alamance to a certain Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and '
WHEREAS, ARTICLE V II, Section 5 of the Declaration provides that the Declaration may be
Amended by the duty authorized officers of the Association upon the vote of not less than a majority of
all lot owners, and
WHEREAS, a majority of the lots owners of the Alamance have approved an Amendment to
the Declarations to provide for one trash service for all home owners,
NOW,THEREFORE, the Association has approved the following Amendment to the Declaration
regarding the trash service The amendment is as follows
ARTICLEVI USE RESTRICTIONS AND ARCHITECTURALCQNTROL,
the following Section will be added
SECTION 16 Trash Service Trash service for all home owners will be from one '
company Trash service will be reviewed once per year to assure the loiNest possible price
Except as amended herein the Declaration as recorded of record aforementioned shall remain

RE HOA Meeting Notes (8/25/16 meeting)
At the meeting on 8/25/2016 the following was discussed and voted on
Note: 6 homes in attendance
1. New Landscape Company: Integrity Landscaping
Unanimous "yes" to change over from Creation Landscape. $200/month ($45/month
more than Creation, but we will be getting better service and more for our money)
2. Increase HOA fee $10/month. New fee to be $40/month ($120/quarter)
Unanimous "yes" on this vote.
Effective immediately (current/4th quarter 2016)
There was no interest from anyone, so the current board members wilt remain in place
for another year:

Vice President: Denise Larson
Treasurer: Nikki Bray
Secretary: Dee Clippinger
Thanks to everyone for giving their extra to make our neighborhood so great!

I have received your stormwater permit renewal application Thank you so much for sending that ml I do
need one more piece of information before I can process the renewal I need official documentation
that states Mr Kahle is President of the HOA Many times I receive meeting minutes from homeowner
associations that works perfect
Please send this to me as soon as you can Once I receive that document, I can issue the renewal

Good morning,
Just a correspondence email from the phone conversation Ms Bray and
I had earlier today Alamance Homeowners' Association received the
transfer of state stormwater permit #SW8070667 on November 1, 2013,
for the Alamance Subdivision in New Hanover County State stormwater
permits expire every 8 years and are required to submit a renewal
application to the Wilmington Regional office A request letter was
mailed to the address listed on the NC Secretary of State Business
Registration that was received by Mr Phil Christmas He later explained
to me that this was not the correct address for the HOA and gave me
what information he had for the Homeowners Association I have
attached the permit renewal application, the most recently issued
permit, and the renewal request letter for that state stormwater subject
permit
Please complete the renewal application and have it delivered to
our DEQ Wilmington Regional Office Also, I have attached a permit
update form This form will ensure that any further correspondence of
this state stormwater permit will be mailed to the correct address
If you have any questions about the application, please feel free to
