The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for Cypress
Grove Townhomes on February 26 2007 A preliminary review of that information has determined that
the application is not complete The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review
The wetlands boundary line type Is shown around the perimeter of the protect Is this correct?
Please clarify
2 Please provide a detail of the proposed townhome footprint with dimensions for all footprints
3 Some of the design contours cross Please correct so that the stormwater drainage can be
followed to the detention basin in which it will be treated Also provide adequate contours or
spot elevations to show the drainage along the road being captured and treated
4 Our wetlands group has determined that the stormwater will drain to Harnsons Creek Please
revise the permit application to reflect this data
5 Where the stormwater flows over the level spreader towards the wetlands a hardened material
(concrete vinyl plastic) must be used so as to ensure even flow
Because the application has significant permitting issues/deficiencies a resubmittal fee of $500
will be required in order for this project to remain in the express program
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review The
requested Information should be received by this Office prior to March 19 2007 or the application will
be returned as incomplete The return of a protect will necessitate resubmittal of all required items
including the application fee
If you need additional time to submit the information please mall or fax your request for a time
extension to the Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter The request must
indicate the date by which you expect to submit the required information
