To whom it may concern,
RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company as part of a multi -year consolidation plan has stopped
production at Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company located in Granville County as of July 2022.
The facility has had all production equipment moved to our Tobaccoville facility that also
maintains a general stormwater permit. The Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company building Iocated
at 3220 Knotts Grove Road, Oxford NC 27565 will be placed for sale within the next couple of
months. We are requesting that general permit NCG060231 for this location be closed.
