According to Duke, the 401 issued in 2010 has a typo in it that needs to be fixed. According to a historical document related to the definition of a significant drawdown, such an event is defined as 10 feet for 30 days. Apparently, our 401 says I foot for 30 days. Our 401 was meant to reflect the historical definition. What process can we undertake to get that change inserted? And how long might that take? ThiscameupvxhenDukereportedarecentdravxdovxnasnon'signiMcanttoFERCandFERCsaidn4the4U1says1foot soit was significant. I have not found the 401 to look at yet to confirm the typo.
