Chuck— | will pass this to Jennifer's very capable hands. She is our FEKC guru these days, in addition to taking on the 4O1
and Buffer programs. Jennifer— please let me know if there's anything you need from me in regards to the
revision. Thank you.

Subject: Duke Nantahala 401
Hi Cyndi —
I am contacting you since our colleague is out enjoying those babies.
According to Duke, the 401 issued in 2010 has a typo in it that needs to be fixed.
According to a historical document related to the definition of a significant drawdown, such an event is defined as 10
feet for 30 days. Apparently, our 401 says I foot for 30 days. Our 401 was meant to reflect the historical definition.
What process can we undertake to get that change inserted? And how long might that take?
ThiscameupvxhenDukereportedarecentdravxdovxnasnon'signiMcanttoFERCandFERCsaidn4the4U1says1foot
soit was significant.
I have not found the 401 to look at yet to confirm the typo.
Thanks,
Chuck
