Please ensure that the SCMs are accessible for maintenance and that the access/easement is shown on the plans. Response: This was on Sheet C4.2 but the linetype was hard to read. The sheet has been updated with a linetype of "SCM" to make it clearer. The site plan (Sheet C2.1) has also been updated to show the SCM easement. Additional Comment: NOTE: This is an administrative completeness review, not a detailed engineering review, there may be other issues that may be brough up during the engineering review. While nor required for administrative completeness, it was noted that the side slopes of the Inflow Diversion Berm in the wet pond are shown to have side slopes of 2:1. General MDC 3 requires vegetated slopes of SCMs to have a minimum 3:1 side slope (steeper slopes may be considered on a case by case basis, but you will need to demonstrate that the slope will remain stable in perpetuity). Response: Noted. The plans have been revised to show a 3:1 slope on the diversion berm. Two signed and sealed copies of the applicable sheets C1.2 & C1.4 have been submitted.
