Mineral Spring Road. The property predominantly consists of existing managed pervious areas used for
agriculture/farming. The drainage area (DA) for the property drains to the west where the existing creek
borders the property. The soils in the project site are mapped as Chewacla loam (ChA), Cullen clay loam
(CnB2), Cullen clay load (CnC2), and Cullen clay loam (CnD2). Those soils area classified as B and B/D is
hydrologic soil group (HSG).
Project Description:
The proposed project is for a single-family subdivision development with 27 lots, consisting of 2 phases.
This submittal is for the development of lots 14-27 (phase 2) with a new cul-de-sac street. Phase I has
been previously permitted as project ID ALAMA-2022-029. One skimmer basin is proposed for the
erosion control treatment and will be located on lot 21. This skimmer basin will be treating the runoff
for lots 14-18 and 22-27, while the rest will be treated by silt fence and silt fence outlets.
Temporary Gravel Construction Entrance/Exit:
A temporary gravel construction entrance/exit will be installed at the beginning of the proposed road.
During wet weather, it may be necessary to wash vehicle tires at this location.
Temporary and Permanent Diversion:
A temporary ditch/diversion will be constructed above the existing 3:1 fill slope start from construction
entrance/exit. This temporary diversion will outlet to the proposed sediment basin in lot 21. The
ditch/diversions will be matted with NAG product DS75 with straw wattle spacing according to the plan
details.
Sediment Fence and Sediment Fence Outlet:
A sediment fence will be constructed as perimeter control along the limited of disturbance line where a
