The conditions regarding stormwater were described under item 3 in letter dated August 13, 2007 from DWQ to Mr. Richard Wolf. Item 3 requires that bypass channels for level spreaders at discharge points 13, 18 and 19 be relocated to avoid interception and short circuiting of diffuse flow through the riparian buffer. Enclosed with this letter, please find one (1) copy of three (3) revised plan sheets showing redesign of bypass channels and/or level spreader structures at discharge points 13, 18 and 19 to meet requirements described under item 3. The revised plan sheets (revision 2) should replace previously submitted sheets (revision 1).
