Sorry for the downgrade on eastern super. I wasn't aware that you ascended to the

out that this is a issue with the sludge, please have him contact Ms. McDaniel in

Thanks for the review letter concerning the residuals from Lakewood Truckers
Paradise located in Rocky Mount NC, Nash County (main office) and truck stop
actually located in Halifax County. Since a carbon copy didn't appear to be sent
to the Hazardous Waste Section of DWM, I'm copying Mike Williford (Eastern
Compliance Supervisor) to see if Lakewood is a generator and is one of their
permittee's.
In reviewing.McGilll's permit (current and past), Lakewood doesn't appear to have
been a client in the recent or distance past, so' hopefully this has been caught
early enough that it isn't a big problem.
The first website below identifies the company office location and the second
website identifies the location of the physical truck stop located in Halifax
County near the intersection of I-95 (exit 168) and Hwy 903 near the town of
Halifax:
