Agree that other RCD features are not subject to the Jordan Rules, and potentially subject Features A / B were not
present in the field.

Ok. I will mark as returned to applicant in the database.
Looking at the maps however, I see that only Features A and B may be present on the site as buffered features, very
close to the property line on the map, however. The other features as indicated by CH may have the local RCD buffers,
but I do not see how the Jordan buffer would apply to those.

I didn't get in front of this one fast enough but the client dropped it because Chapel Hill is difficult to deal with. The
appeal call doesn't matter a whole lot at this point but at least we have it on record that it was requested.

I did not realize this was in my queue in Laserfiche. It was listed as RRO, so I thought it was a normal call. I apologize for
the timeframe on this. I think we did discuss this appeal a few months back. Did the applicant follow the procedure in
the CH letter, appealing to the Town before this was submitted to DWR? Seems like I asked CH and this had been
done? Were these results sent to you?
