Hello Anthony,

You may withdraw my request. That's fine. It might be a nice touch, however, when denying someone's request, to at
least use the right name in the denial letter. :-) I hesitate to mention this, as I don't want an administrative assistant to
be faulted. Working as an admin, it seems that we are required to find all the mistakes in the materials presented to us
and yet often our work is not even glanced at. Everyone makes mistakes, which is particularly easy with form letter mail
merges.

At any rate, I love my place, and all is well.

On August 14, 2014, you received a certified mailing from this Office requesting that you demonstrate Avoidance and
Minimization of 401/404-wetland impacts for the proposed ingress/egress walkway to your proposed pier and platform
at your property at 123 Otter Way in New Hope Township of Perquimans County. Within the letter, you were required
to respond within 30 calendar days of receipt or the Division of Water Resources would be unable to approve the
application and it would be returned. This Office will allow an additional 10 days to address the request for additional
