The system was found to be well maintained and in compliance with permit requirements. The owner & permittee: Mr. Smith was present and had a good understanding of how the system worked and its requirements. The septic tank was reported pumped approximately 2.5 years ago by AAA Septic. There is only one occupant at this residence. The effluent pipe was clear for observation and the system was not observed to be discharging effluent at the time of the inspection. No issues of concern were observed in the area of the filter field or the receiving stream. Continue to perform regular maintenance and sampling as required by the permit.
