I have attached hydrology drainage plans, an inlet computation sheet, and storm drain design computations to provide more information for the stormwater plan for the project. Thank you for your time! DWR#20200349 Mackenzie, I'm reviewing the 401/Buffer Application for City of Raleigh's Blue Ridge Road project. Most everything looks good, except for the section of the PCN for stormwater. It seems to leave me with a good few questions. It may be because you all attached the S&E plans as your stormwater plan, which is quite unusual for transportation projects. Normally we prefer that with the Permit Drawings, but I'm attempting to make sense of them. For starters, it mentions two retention ponds for treatment. I've only found one, on page 20 at the Noremac intersection. Could you point me to the other? Secondly, it mentions: "Treated stormwater will discharge through a riprap pad at the bottom of the fill slope....etc". I'm not sure how this is "treated" as the permit drawings appear that this water is going into curb &gutter and discharging directly into the creek at three points (two at the culvert and one at the parrallel section). Can you clarify? (If easier to describe via phone, I'm working from home this week and you can call me there: 919-791-8716.)
