Beth,
After discussion with both USACE and NCDWR today, September 16, 2014, it was determined that no mitigation for
jurisdictional stream impacts will be required for B-5114, Randolph County. Please change the 202 feet of stream
mitigation (Yadkin 03040103)from original EEP acceptance letter(dated August 8, 2014) to 0 feet. If you need a revised
EEP request form, please let me know. Thank you.
