Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Vallowable for the swales (Prior Comment 1,b,ii) – The provided swales matting (and associated maximum allowable velocity) is temporary (since NAG-SC150 is a temporary matting) but the swales must remain stable/nonerosive in perpetuity. Please revise the Vallowable values in the table (and calculations if needed) to reflect the permanent conditions of the vegetated conveyances and ensure that they will be stable in permanent conditions. - Deed Restriction document BUA reallocation (per our phone conversation today). You are allowed to allocate a maximum allowable BUA per lot to each individual lot (or group of lots). If you are changing the amount of BUA for this project by changing the per lot BUA allocations, you will need to provided revised (original) deed restriction documents (showing the new BUA allocations), recalculate the BUA for the site, BUA breakdown by type, and %BUA for the site (Section IV, 8 & 10 of the Application and Lines 8, 9, 10, 12, & 18 of the Drainage Areas Page of the Supplement-EZ Form). - Please revise the table in Section IV, 10 of the Application to match the information shown in the Supplement-EZ Form. The BUA allocated to the individual lots should be listed on the “On-site Buildings/Lots” line and not broken down by type. Impervious Surface Area (Section IV, 10 of the Equivalent Line of the Drainage Area Page of the Application) Supplement-EZ Form On-site Buildings/Lots Line 9 (For subdivisions only, otherwise, Line 12, Roof) On-site Streets Line 12, Roadways On-site Parking Line 12, Parking On-site Sidewalks Line 12, Sidewalks On-site Other Line 12, Other Future Line 12, Future Off-site Line 11 Existing BUA Line 15 Total Line 8 Please provide the following: - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised swale calculations (if applicable) - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of an original, revised deed restriction document. - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Application Form. - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Supplement-EZ Form. - 1x hard copy (2x hard copies for plans) & 1x electronic copy of anything else needed to address these comments. 1 Hard copies should be mailed to me at the following address: For FedEx/UPS: Jim Farkas 512 N. Salisbury Street, Office 640E Raleigh, NC 27604 For USPS: Jim Farkas 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1612 Hand Delivery: Please reach out to me prior to hand delivering a submission to make sure that I (or someone else in my group) will be able to receive the submission. Do not leave the package in the foyer with the security guard. NOTE: Hard copies should not be sent to a Regional Office. Doing so will delay the review process and the submission package may be lost while being sent from the Regional Office to me in the Central Office. Electronic copies should be uploaded at the following location: https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-Supplemental-Upload Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal review.
