Ms. Gross:
I have reviewed your letter sent August 12, 2022, and the proposed data amendments attached. The applicable eDMR's
should be revised and corresponding laboratory analysis sheets for year and month of errors should be sent to the
Mooresville Regional Office.
Also please note that for 19-September, Parameter Fluoride is reported as non -detect and 19-October TCE reported as
non -Detect. Comments should be placed in Comment section of eDMR that these parameters were reported as non -
Detect.
On 19-December this Office was notified of the additional sampling being conducted at outfall #005 as part of a
study. Because Fluoride was collected as Grab samples and not Composite samples, as required by the permit, these
samples were not included in the Monthly calculation but reported only. If there is
an error in this data set please correct on the eDMR.
