The system is exceeding 100% permitted flow each month. Facility does not have the chlorine feed system hooked up. Therefore, all effluent that is sprayed has not been disinfected. There is also no chlorine residual data for compliance purposes. The facilities spray fields and lagoon look better than they have looked in a lomg time. Please continue weed control efforts on the spray fields. No additional items noted.
