Applying winter 7Q10 flow and design temperature information to the existing model shows that no relaxation of the summer effluent limits can be allowed. The effluent limits for both summer and winter operation are listed below: Flow = 0.75 MGD BOD5 = 5 mg/1 NH3-N = 2 mg/1 D.O. = 5 mg/1 Fecal Coliform = 1000/100 ml TSS = 30 mg/1 pH = 6-9 (SU) As required by 15 NCAC 2B .0404, a rationale as to the need for seasonal effluent limitations must be provided by the requestor.
