The parcel is currently a wooded undeveloped 10.65 acre parcel.
The general site use in the vicinity is residential, golf/recreation, agricultural and undeveloped wood lot.

The purpose of this project (permit application) is to construct 3 homes across the 10.65 acre site. A small driveway crossing of a wetland area is needed to access the eastern side of the
parcel, which is complete separated from access by the forested wetlands on site. The western portion of the parcel has access to Chicken Plant Road and no wetland impact will be
needed to utilize that portion of the parcel.

Trackhoe, backhoe, grader, roller, paver, bulldozer and skid steer constitutes the general list of equipment that will be used to complete the project along with various hand tools. A short
crossing of the wetland area is proposed on the eastern side of the wetland complex.
