The general site use in the vicinity is residential, golf/recreation, agricultural and undeveloped wood lot. 4b. A small driveway crossing of a wetland area is needed to access the eastern side of the parcel, which is complete separated from access by the forested wetlands on site. The western portion of the parcel has access to Chicken Plant Road and no wetland impact will be needed to utilize that portion of the parcel. 4i.
