Attached for your review and comments is the Scoping sheet and location map for the
subject project. The purpose of this information and the related review procedure is to
have an early "meeting of the minds" as to the scope of work that should be performed and
thereby enable us to better implement the project. A scoping meeting for this project is
scheduled for March 11, 1997 in the Planning and Environmental Branch Conference
Room (Room 434). These scoping meetings will be held back to back beginning at
9:00 A.M. for B-1443 and B-2997. The remaining projects will begin at 9:30 A.M in the
order presented. Historically these meetings last approximately 10 to 15 minutes so all
attendees should plan on arriving at the begining of the 9:00 or 9:30 session as applicable.
You may provide us with your comments at the meeting or mail them to us prior to that
date.
