The Guilford County soil survey shows another stream on the site that isn't reflected within your jd map. I understand
the USACE has accepted your jd map for 404 permitting purposes, however since this stream would be subject to the
Jordan Lake Buffer Regulations unless it is officially "kicked out" can you provide some verification for my file that the
City has officially determined that stream does not exist even though it is on the soil survey map.
