I’ve reviewed your application requesting a Corps NW 3 permit and Water Quality Certification for ditch enhancement
and culvert installation on SR 1302 (Levels Rd) in Tyrrell County. Water Quality Certification # 3883 is issued for these
activities. Written approval is not required for use of this certification provided all the conditions can be met. If any of
the conditions cannot be met, or if impact totals change, written approval may required. Let me know if you have any
