With regards to responses by NDCENR and USACE to wetland impacts already created by Cayton
Development LLCGrnn1sboro3ondmine' and to any proposed additional impocfso|mitigohon plan, | only ask
that the same level of regulatory control, enforcement and mitigation be applied to this site as was to similarly
applied to mining permits with which | was involved for owner/operators that include VV{] White, Jimmie L Morris
& Sons, Les Parsons, Best Sand and Gravel and Carolina 3tone,
Additionally, I would like to know that the same perr-niffing requirements are being applied -to this rnine with
regordtoenosionondsecHmen|conho[dewotering/cenho|coosto|[doincopacih/useonsoondnpdes)ond
sforrinwafer that our clients complied with.
