Good morning,
I am beginning my review of the above referenced project, and in order to complete the review, some additional
information is required:
1) The NC Wildlife Resources Commission has submitted comments on this project. I've attached a copy for your
convenience, but they are also located in the public Laserfiche file for the project. Please provide a response to
the comments and concerns from NC WRC. [15A NCAC 02H .0502(c)]
2) Please provide more details regarding avoidance and minimization of buffer, stream, and wetland impacts for
Impacts 2 & 3. Please provide additional information as of why this plan for the activity cannot be practically
accomplished, reduced, or reconfigured to better minimize disturbance.
3) Impact 3 appears to have fill for the roadway at or below top of bank of the stream channel. I've included a snip
of the plan sheet below. Please provide additional information on this impact, including how this activity will not
result in de -stabilization of the stream bed or bank. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(c)]

4) Please provide additional details on the greenway impacts in Impacts 7&8. The greenway appears to be wider
than 10-feet-wide with 2-foot-wide shoulders through the buffer based on the scale of the maps. [15A NCAC
