That said, they're proposing dry basins, which aren't designed to remove 30% nitrogen. Will you need anything else

Good afternoon,
I am reviewing the above referenced project, and some additional information is required:
1. Please provide more information concerning stormwater for this site. The application states that this
development will use an "Other SCM that removes minimum 30% nitrogen" but I do not see any SCMs shown on
the site plans. Additionally, the application does not indicate if the stormwater plans are being reviewed by a
state -approved local government stormwater program.
