Please provide additional information on the map to indicate the new easements on the map to help demonstrate avoidance and minimization. Colleen, I am pretty sure this is far down your list, just wanted you to know that I suspect some buffer mitigation will be required for the new section of this sewer line at the far northern end, but to me, there are two different possibilities. So once you get to the point of reviewing we can discuss and decide the amount required then I will send an update to the application. In the meantime, attached is a statement of availability for buffer mitigation using what I think is a worst case amount. Kevin C.
