Inspection Summary:
*The permit became effective 10/01/2017 and expires on 09/30/2025.
*A FOG flyer is on the community News Chanel and is also mailed in utility bills once per year.
*A Capital Improvement Plan was provided that extends into the year 2026.
*Ms. McAvoy and her staff do a very good job with record keeping of all maintenance and inspection activities.
*Ms. McEvoy provided a good Spill Response Action Plan that is updated periodically.
*The wastewater collection system appeared to be very well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during
this inspection.
*The JMAC Outfall high -priority line was inspected. No discrepancies were noted during this inspection.
*The Riverdale Lift Station was inspected. No discrepancies were noted during this inspection.
*The City of High Point has 23 pump stations. All pump stations are monitored through SCADA.

Is there a properly designated primary ORC and at least one back-up of proper grade?
Are logs being reviewed by the system management or owner on a regular basis?

Does plan indicate if pump parts/new pumps are in spare parts/equipment inventory?
