Attached is the permit verification for the Elm City WWTP to utilize Nationwide Permit #58 for
the proposed improvement impacts as requested in you PCN application. Also included is the
mitigation transfer form that must be completed and returned to the USACE prior to
conducting the proposed impacts. Additionally I have included a link to the NWP #58. You
should download that permit and provide your client with a copy. The permit contains all the
conditions that should be followed while conducting the permitted activity. Please review the
provided documentation and let me know if you have any questions.
