Coleen, the mitigation bank where we are buying buffer credits has requested that you adjust
the authorization letter to remove North Fork Little River Mitigation Bank and instead list
Catfish Pond II Mitigation Bank and Perry Hill II Mitigation Bank to cover the full amount (see
below). We first got an SOA from them back in October 2021 and since then their availability
has changed. The project did not require stream or wetland mitigation, only buffer. If you
need more information or have questions please contact Ashley at Wildlands (copied on this

Good morning Kevin,
Thank you for sending over the authorization letter! Attached is the requested invoice for The Pointe at Town Center
(DWR # 20200504 v2) project. Please note that the buffers are stemming from two of our mitigation banks under
Wildlands Holdings V, LLC on the invoice. North Fork Little River Mitigation Bank did not have buffer credits available to
meet this request, so I included Catfish Pond 11 Mitigation Bank and Perry Hill 11 Mitigation Bank buffer credits.
Can you please reach out to DWR to have them adjust the authorization letter to remove North Fork Little River
Mitigation Bank and instead list Catfish Pond 11 Mitigation Bank and Perry Hill 11 Mitigation Bank to cover the full
amount? Please let me know if you need anything further from me for this effort.
