On August 18, 2022, Conner Consulting attempted to collect effluent samples required for your
DEQ permit at 724 Jonquil Street, Durham, Durham County, North Carolina. Effluent was
observed slowly dripping out of the discharge pipe. Water usage is estimated to be less than 100
gallons per day since only one person occupies the property. Due to very low flow being
observed no samples were collected.
