DWR has received your request below on behalf of Restoration Systems, LLC to convert 13,394.70
ft2 of riparian buffer credits from the Weaver Farm Buffer bank (DWR# 2017-0110v2) into 704.64
lbs-Nitrogen nutrient offset credits, and then transfer them to the Weaver Farm Nitrogen Nutrient
Offset bank.

Thus, the Nitrogen Nutrient Offset Bank ledger will show a credit in the amount of 704.64 lbs and
the Buffer Bank ledger will have a debit shown in the amount of 13,394.70 ft2. DWR received the
attached ledgers with your request, dated July 25, 2022. Your transfer request is approved.
