Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 7-25-22 letter from 7-15-22 inspection to Laurel
Mountain Retreat attached.

The leak at the septic tank was repaired on 7-20-22. The drip flush return pipe pulled
away from the septic tank causing the leak. The pipe and penetration to septic tank was
repaired. We have ordered the freeboard maker and should be installed in the next few
weeks.
