II) Description of Collection System
The Town of Franklin has in its collection system combined sewers lines that carry
industrial and commercial waste. The Town also has sanitary sewer lines that carry
domestic sewage. The Town has (37) miles of gravity sewer and eight and half (8.5)
miles of force main sewer lines. The system utilizes eight (8) pump stations that pump
wastewater to the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant. Wastewater is propelled from wet
wells to the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

I certify under penalty of law that this report is complete and accurate to the best of my
knowledge. I further certify that this report has been made available to the users or
customers of the named system and that those users have been notified of its
availability.
