Dear Ms. Armeni,
Per the Notice of violation for Clay County WWTP; BOD, 5-Day Concentration weekly
average exceeded the limit of 45 during the week of 5/14/22, this was due to a large
amount of debris below the bar screen which I feel was short circuiting our influent flow
through one of our two wastewater trains. We have since cleaned all of the debris and are
monitoring the bar screen daily.
