Dear Ms. Armeni,
Per the Notice of violation for Clay County WWTP; Coliform, Fecal MF, weekly
geometric mean exceeded the limit of 400 during the week of 6/25/22, this was due to a
hole in the tubing which carries the chlorine to the chlorine contact basin, which was not
letting enough chlorine make it to the basin. After the repair was made there have been
no more exceedances.
