We received the following information regarding contacting the property owner about the silt loss.The agency would
like to have some sort of email or text from the property owner to ensure that we have documented the right to access
the property and also to ensure what the property owner wants completed gets done. Please reach out to the property
owner and get written approval. Please have all information needed on the email stating that the property owner only
wants seeding and mulching and no other land disturbing activities.
