I received a reply from Amanda Jones, and I will not need to modify the extents of the riprap around the abutment to 
stay below the threshold for RGP30. 

I added this table to the attached regulatory impact sheet (CD‐2.1): 

The total LOD of 2,753SF shown on the drawing includes both the temporary and permanent impact areas.  After 
subtracting the permanent impacts for the riprap and concrete abutment, the temporary impact area comes to 2,510SF.
