Quality Certification and Catawba Buffer Authorization from the Division for the subject project.
The Division has determined that the application isincomplete and cannot be processed 3tthis
time. The application is on-hold until the fm8fmxv|ng items are addressed:

Delaware but not registered with the N[ Secretary ofState. According toNCGeneral

This letter only addresses the initial administrative review and does not authorize any impacts
to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant
shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the
application. If all of the requested information is not received in writing within 30 calendar days of
your receipt of this letter, the Division will be unable to process the application and it will be
returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval,
including a complete application package and the appropriate fee.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Section 401 of the Clean Water Act
for this activity and any work done within waters of the state or within any riparian buffers may
be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Codes and could result in a
Notice of Violation and an assessment of civil penalties of up to a maximum of $25,000 per
violation per day pursuant to NC General Statute 143-215.6A.
