The wetlands were delineated by Soil & Environmental Consultants A buffer determination meeting was conducted
by Soil & Environmental Consultants with Steve Mitchell of the NC-DWO The onl ry~impacts associated with this
subdivision come from the by-pass swales for the level spreaders These impacts are not avoidable due to the design
of the level spreader.
