Project Description: Environmental Assessment/Finding of No Significant Impact - Proposed project is
for the construction of approximately 2.7 miles of new location roadway, referred
to as North Chatham Park Way, from north of U.S. 64 Bypass to U.S. 15-501 near
Russell Chapel Church Road (SR 1520). The proposed road would connect to the
existing section of Chatham Park Way which crosses the U.S. 64 Bypass. STIP
