Hope you are doing well. Reaching out regarding the attached scoping letter for the North Chatham Park Way Project
(TIP# R-5930) in Chatham County, NC. We noticed that a portion of the Haw River (16-(28.875)) was documented as C;
TR in the scoping response. Can you confirm that this should be WS-IV; NSW instead? Below is a screengrab from DEQ’s
online map. Let me know if we are missing some info here!
