This letter is submitted, as a request, seeking removal of the Non -hazardous
monitoring requirement for "Residuals Source" under Attachment A. The Town of
Valdese composting process has only one source and that is the Lake Rhodhiss WWTP,
whereby the composting process is conducted. There are no additional residual sources
present or introduced to the composting/bio-solids treatment process.
